I am ecstatic to share that my novel, Listening to the Rain, is going to be published in September. Listening to the Rain is young adult Christian fiction, and it is my first full-length novel to be published. Both of my other books have been novellas.
In Listening to the Rain, fifteen-year-old Ally Griffin is searching for her thing, a talent that will bring her praise and recognition. After singing in the school talent show, she thinks she has found it, until her cousin’s accident turns her whole world upside down. As Ally tries to be there for her cousin, she wrestles with why God allows bad things to happen and whether she should keep doing her thing at all.
